SERVICE POLICY
1. SERVICE OBJECTIVES
Services offered by the ONPHI association
- Annual association membership for a contribution of €20
- Access to philosophical activities (conferences, workshops, seminars)
- Participation in events organized by the association
- Access to member-only documentary resources
- Participation in association publications and research
- Access to audio and video archives of conferences
2. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
Membership in the ONPHI association is open to any adult person or minor with parental authorization, interested in non-standard philosophy and the work of François Laruelle.
Membership becomes effective after:
- Completion of the registration form online or by mail
- Payment of the annual contribution of €20
- Acceptance of the association's internal regulations
- Validation by the association's board
3. CONTRIBUTION
Contribution details
Amount: €20 per calendar year
Payment methods: Check, bank transfer, cash, online payment
Due date: The contribution is due at the time of membership and renewable each year
Non-refundable: The contribution is not refundable, except in exceptional cases studied by the board
4. MEMBER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Member rights:
- Participate in general assemblies
- Access member-only activities
- Receive association information
- Run for leadership positions
- Participate in association decisions
- Access documentary resources
Member obligations:
- Respect the statutes and internal regulations
- Pay the annual contribution
- Respect the associative spirit and other members
- Actively participate in association life
- Respect the confidentiality of internal information
5. MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Membership may be terminated in the following cases:
- At the member's request: By mail or email with 30 days' notice
- By the association: In case of non-compliance with internal regulations after warning
- By operation of law: In case of non-payment of contribution after reminder
- Automatically: In case of member's death
6. MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS
The ONPHI association reserves the right to modify these service conditions. Members will be informed by email or postal mail of any modification at least 30 days before they take effect.
In case of disagreement with the new conditions, the member may terminate their membership within 15 days following notification.
